Tuen Mun Specialty Claypot Rice

What are some good things to eat when you come to the Great Northwest? One day I went to this specialty Chinese and Japanese restaurant with a friend only in Tuen Mun. The decoration design has traditional Chinese door frames and windows.

We ordered a meal for two
🌟Appetizers:
Japanese pickles, mussel miso soup and extra bell beans
The pickles are eggplant, burdock and carrots, which taste very authentic, most especially the eggplant, the sourness of the pickles make this small dish become like plums, especially appetizing! The miso soup has a good concentration of saltiness, and it contains super big clams! The edamame tasted normal, but I didn't expect that the portions of the side dishes were not small.

🌟Fried food:
Gillette shrimp, Hiroshima oysters and chicken pieces
Two pieces of each but everything was unusually large. It was served hot and crispy. Although it was hot, I couldn't help but eat it all! Among the favorites is the gillette shrimp, crispy outer layer wrapped not too much air, shrimp meat is quite full.

Whiskey grilled oysters
The oysters are very large, and the faint aroma of wine does not steal the flavor too much but makes the oysters more fresh.
