Harlan’s, a high-end sea view restaurant with affordable prices in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Harlan’s is located on the 19th floor of The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui. It has a very open view and outdoor seating with a view of Victoria Harbour🤍

The restaurant environment is very spacious, and the high ceiling makes it more spacious👍🏻
The combination of blue chairs and white tablecloths feels very high-end~💙

The restaurant has a cost-effective Lunch Menu during lunch time, 3 dishes with tea or coffee are only $298‼ ️ (One extra)

🤍Appetizer - Japanese sweet corn soup with corn flour
The corn soup is so sweet and you can taste the corn grains~🌽
The cheese fries next to it are fried just right, so cheesy💛

🩷Main course - Spiced beef shoulder, duck liver and lobster sauce (additional $80)
I ordered it 3-well done, but it was more like 5-well done🙈 A little tough🤏 But the beef flavor is quite strong~
The duck liver is smooth and melts in the mouth, paired with mashed potatoes and lobster sauce, delicious! 😋

💙 Desserts - Salted Egg Yolk Bread Pudding, Macadamia Nut Ice Cream
It has a strong salted egg yolk flavor and there are lots of nuts in the ice cream! 😍
The hot bread pudding is paired with cold ice cream, with rich taste👍🏻

Overall, the food quality is high, the staff also kindly introduced the menu to us, and the whole dining experience is very good☺️

Harlan’s is a very suitable restaurant for celebrating special days, and I am also very grateful to my friends for celebrating my birthday that day🥰
