🧡Japanese style apple curry🍛｜【Dondo】Sheung Shui Japanese Restaurant

Passing by Sheung Shui at lunch time, passing by Sheung Shui Plaza to see what restaurants are good to eat, I found this Japanese restaurant with Japanese style decoration and thoughtful design. The interior has many Japanese-related furnishings, designed in a wooden style for a comfortable environment. Some seats can overlook the street, and natural light shines through the floor-to-ceiling glass☀️.

The restaurant adopts a self-service scan code ordering method. After sitting down, you can choose slowly. The variety of meals is very rich and diverse, such as scrambled egg don, sashimi don🍱, Japanese curry🍛, tea-soaked rice🍵, sashimi, dessert, cheesecake🍰, drinks and so on. Soon after placing the order, the clerk served the meal.

A variety of set meals are available for lunch. The set includes bean curd soup/cauliflower salad and comes with an additional cup of iced tea. This time we tried the Japanese-style apple curry with udon🧡🍛, the portion was appropriate.

🐷Gillette Pork Chop Curry Udon $84
Inari udon is made with moderate softness and hardness. Served with crispy pork chop, the meat is not tough, the thickness of the flour is right 👍🏽. Mixed with apple curry, with apple chunks, the curry is sweet and slightly spicy.

🐮 Beef Curry Udon $84
The beef is fat and lean, not too tough, and goes well with the curry. The curry is cooked with apples🍎, carrots🥕, and onions🧅, which blends the sweetness of the food. It is not too salty and can be mixed with all the juice😋.

Bean curd soup 🥣
The flavor is rich, not overly salty, cooked with kelp and tofu

Grapefruit Vinegar Cauliflower Salad🥗
Each table is placed with a bottle of grapefruit vinegar, slightly sour and fresh, you can add according to your preference ~
