Eat in Causeway Bay | Old House | Must-try: Super Thick Taro Cheese Omelette

When Laocuoban only opened in Tai Kok Tsui, I had noticed #Wofu和虾子饼, but I never had the chance to patronize it.

Now it has branches in Tsuen Wan and Causeway Bay. I went to the Causeway Bay one a few days ago.

There are several photos of Taiwan's tourist attractions hung in the store, bringing back Waffle's memories of his trip to Taiwan.

There are many food choices, including beef noodles, bento and a variety of snacks. The waffle I want most is #omelette.

There are also many choices for #台式饮. For #珠奶茶 alone, there are four tea bases to choose from. The grapefruit series and 100% juice are very attractive.

Waffles finally ordered the hot lightly sugared pearl Tieguanyin milk tea ($26), which uses fresh milk to make tea, making it healthier and more delicious. The Tieguanyin tea flavor is rich, and the black sugar pearls are not too sweet and are just the right hardness.

The paper cup is printed with the Taiwanese meaning of the store name "老厝边", which is a little bit of knowledge.

As soon as the fried chicken ($40) was served, you could smell the aroma of basil. It was fresh and spicy, with a crispy and not thick skin, which locked in the chicken gravy. It is worthy of being a recommended fried food.

#Super thick taro cheese omelette ($44) did not disappoint the waffles, the crust was thin enough and had a crispy texture.

From another angle, it can be seen that the filling of the omelette is quite large. The ratio of taro paste, cheese, meat floss and eggs is just right. You can taste the flavor of each ingredient and it is rich in layers.
