The weather is so cold, of course we have hot pot. A group of people gather around to cook it. Not only does the atmosphere harmonious, but it also makes us feel warmer after eating.
There is a hot pot private kitchen in Tsim Sha Tsui, which sells selected ingredients and specialty soups. The shop offers hot pot packages, including hand-cut Angus beef, whole lobster and stew hot pot soup
Hot Pot Set for Four ($1,138)
🔥Deer antler mushroom and flower jelly soup
The soup is boiled for several hours with a lot of deer antler mushrooms, flower jelly, round meat and red dates. Before having hot pot, you must drink a few bowls. It tastes quite nourishing😌
🔥Lobster Seafood Platter
The seafood platter has whole Australian lobster, mussels, Taishan oysters and white eel slices. The lobster meat is refreshing and bouncy, the mussels are fresh and sweet without sand, the Taishan oysters are full, the white eel slices are quite crispy, overall good😌
🔥Hand-cut Angus
Angus beef is cut to order from the shop, the oil is evenly distributed, the taste is soft and gluten-free, and has a rich beef fat flavor, I like it very much🥰
🔥Pork slices
The thinly sliced pork slices are crispy and evenly fat and lean, and have a fat and flavourful taste. The best part is that they absorb the essence of the soup😌
🔥Hand-beat four treasure pills
There are pork, beef, shrimp and squid balls. Each piece is hand-beaten by the shopkeeper. It looks shiny. The beef and pork balls have a strong meat flavor. The shrimp and squid balls are bouncy😌
🔥Fresh fried crackers
The bell bells are freshly fried and hot, crispy and delicious, but after dipping in the soup, they are more seasoned and have another taste😌
🔥Wild vegetable box
The wild vegetable box has a variety of vegetables and mushrooms, including very sweet corn and tomatoes, all clean and fresh😌
🔥Inari Udon
Finally, we ended with Inari udon. The udon was smooth and bouncy, and the soup was excellent. I was very satisfied😌
