Four Seasons Coconut Grove Hainanese Coconut Chicken

I recently went to Four Seasons Coconut Grove Hainanese Coconut Chicken with my friends. It has more than 60 branches in China and is now available in Hong Kong. This restaurant is known for its 100% coconut water and additive-free soup. As soon as you step in, you can smell the coconut aroma.

Their most famous, of course, is the coconut water soup without a drop of water, four coconuts in a pot of soup, which is very special. Drink some soup immediately after boiling, it is really clear and sweet, the coconut aroma is rich but not overweight, the mouth is very refreshing and nourishing. This soup is really nourishing and delicious when eaten with some chicken.

The original coconut chicken was our main star, the chicken was ready to eat as soon as the soup was boiling. This chicken is authentic free-range Wenchang chicken, the meat is tender and juicy. Every bite of chicken is filled with the aroma of coconut soup, which tastes sweet and delicious.

We also ordered the M5 Wagyu Snowflake Fat Beef. A light pinch in the boiling coconut soup absorbs the sweetness of the soup and enriches the flavor.

The Zhongshan Crispy Catfish fillets were also a surprise.

The fresh and precious mushroom platter contains boletus mushrooms, chicken mushrooms, snow mountain matsutake mushrooms, and embroidery mushrooms. Each mushroom has its own unique aroma and mouthfeel, which is more delicious when put into the soup to absorb the sweetness of coconut water.

Coconut heart-shaped powder is very special. In addition to its cute shape, it also has a faint coconut flavor and is smoky and tough. Tender chicken hair vegetables were our side dish and tasted good.

For snacks, we ordered spicy chicken kidney. The chicken kidneys are cooked moderately, crispy and spicy, and are very tasty.
