CASA BY THE RIVER MALACCA

The good thing about Casa del Rio is its location. Situated right beside the most important river in the olden days, the river view is absolutely lovely.
Other than that, the casa itself is quite tired and seriously need some improvement.

The river, which is Malacca River is green in color and surprisingly clean (we were there right after covid restrictions were lifted) and thousands of years ago, traders from all over the world sailed along this river and Malacca became a very important trading site in South East Asia.

To get the most experience of the Malacca River, it is best to just walk leisurely along the river bank, watching the tourist boats cruising and admiring the nice views of old shops during ancient Melaka.

Both day and night views are awesome though and do get the river view room, on a higher floor if you are booking with Casa Del Rio.
