Visited our favorite spot, 4 Mouths, in Central for lunch again😍~
Ordered my favorite Buddha Jumps Over the Wall set meal~
Additionally, there's a limited-time collaboration with Naked Finn featuring fish maw and silver needle noodles with egg yolk😍~

For appetizers, we had pine nut ginger spinach🌱~
A refreshing cold dish with the rich flavor of pine nuts👍~

The limited-time collaboration is quite appealing, with a runny egg yolk🍳~
Served with pan-fried yellow croaker🐟, topped with some kelp-like ingredients~
The silver needle noodles are very fragrant, surprisingly good when stir-fried this way👍~

My favorite Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is still packed with ingredients, including abalone🦪, sea cucumber, and fish maw~
However, the soup isn't as rich as before🤏~
The set meal also comes with a side dish, and we chose the savory crispy fried yellow croaker~
The whole fish is fried to a crisp, even the small bones are edible🦴~

Their black garlic pan-seared scallops are very tender😋~
With fragrant black garlic and lily bulbs🧄, the sauce is so good that we had to mix it with some noodles~

For dessert, we always order the coconut milk and snow fungus with peach gum🍑~
The peach gum is chewy, combined with the rich coconut milk flavor🥥, it's both nourishing and delicious~

This time, we also tried the white tea lava ball🍡~
Although the tea flavor isn't very strong, it's freshly fried and crispy~
Inside, there's a runny salted egg yolk🥚, a nice balance of salty and sweet~

4 Mouths truly lives up to its reputation💗, every visit is a delight~
And sometimes they introduce new dishes that are very enticing~
