Satisfying tempura + sukiyaki omakase

'炑' @kappoumu at H Zentre specializes in Japanese traditional kappo, you can eat sukiyaki + tempura at the same time, double satisfaction! Today I made an appointment with a friend to try it🥳
The restaurant has a beautiful environment, the decor is very stylish, and the space is very spacious, so you can sit comfortably! Guests can also enjoy the master's cooking in front of the table up close, while satisfying visual enjoyment😇

We ordered the more affordable package (($1188, 8% off online booking via OpenRice), mainly because the portion of Wagyu sukiyaki will be a little less than the other package, suitable for girls 🤗🤗🤗
🌽 Hokkaido white corn, Ishikawa Prefecture golden silkworm and chan pi fruit tomato.

🍳Tea bowl steam is very sincere, topped with Hokkaido shrimp. The shrimp is bouncy and firm, fresh and fragrant, with grapefruit peel decoration, the taste is very layered🍊

The most special thing about this set is the tempura and sukiyaki🤩 The tempura here are all of a very high standard, fried and served to ensure the best taste! In addition to the common carrot puree, 炑 also has homemade plum and carrot puree, which is relatively rare🤩
Tonight's tempura has Hokkaido grass shrimp/white fish/sand ginger oysters/Aichi figs/Kumamoto red eggplant🍆
Then let’s start the sukiyaki!

Hokkaido Tokachi Wagyu beef is used here, the beef flavor is rich 🥩 from broiler, rib eye, shoulder meat in order. The master said that this way from light to strong, the taste and texture is better! Each piece of Wagyu beef is rich in fat, and the fat is evenly distributed. It melts as soon as you put it in your mouth. It's so good😇
The sukiyaki soup is made with beef bones and paired with fresh Japanese wild vegetables: silk tofu, winter mushrooms, carrot flowers, Awaji Island onions and kudzu vermicelli, very fresh and sweet🥳
The mussel clear soup is warm and sweet, full of freshness🤩
Dessert had my favorite black sugar fern cake, which was amazing! The fern cake is soft and glutinous, delicious 😋😋😋
