📍Man Mo Temple
A temple that suddenly appears when you are walking along the streets of Hong Kong🔆
A historic temple in Hong Kong that enshrines the gods of literature and war, founded in 1874. There are many locals, and I often saw people offering incense!
There is a large Buddha statue inside, which is very impressive⚡️
The incense sticks hanging in a spiral shape from the ceiling are particularly impressive. . !
The smoke and scent from the lit incense sticks create a unique atmosphere, and you can feel the Hong Kong atmosphere🇭🇰
It is smaller than you might think, so be careful if you bring a suitcase. We stopped by on the way back from Macau to Hong Kong by boat, and our suitcases were a bit of a nuisance😅
One thing to note when visiting is that the road to get here is a steep slope. It is recommended to bring less luggage. Or you can use the Mid-Levels Escalator, which is just a short walk away 🙆🏻♀️
There are also many cafes nearby, so be sure to stop by when you're exploring Hong Kong Island!
