The dim lights are matched with various lanterns and rattan ropes, and colorful Japanese canvases are hung on the walls. The decoration is warm, and the air is filled with the light salty smell of seafood, making people feel as if they are in a fisherman's home in a small seaside fishing village.
# Crab miso koro yaki ($78)
Crab miso yaki is one of the restaurant's signature dishes. Inside the crab shell are crystal clear crab roe, snow-white crab meat and a large amount of crab paste, as well as a raw quail egg and green onions. When the shop assistant roasts it over the fire, the aroma fills the air. The hot crab paste after baking has a rich taste, which I personally like very much.
#liveshellsshenghe ($428)
The live shellfish platter includes scallops, abalone, oysters and whitebait, and every type of seafood is very fresh. The scallops are sweet and tender, with thick scallops and very sweet juice after being grilled. The abalone is still moving when it is served, and is very chewy after being grilled.
#Soft Shell Crab Salad ($98)
This salad is a must-order every time I come here. There is no reason not to enjoy the soft-shell crab, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with mayonnaise salad.
#BlackTruffleEelKamaboko ($228)
The fragrant truffle sauce, the boneless and tender eel, and the dry pearl rice make the Japanese clay pot rice, which is pretty good (although my personal favorite is the Hong Kong-style clay pot rice with sweet soy sauce 😜.)
#Nanying Roll ($298)
The abundant tuna paste, flying fish roe, sea urchin, crab meat and sweet shrimp, paired with a small amount of rice, has a very prominent sweet taste and is also very tempting visually.
