This year's Lunar New Year dinner wanted to be a little new, so I took my family to Park Cafe at the Bai Lek Hotel Hong Kong for a "Healthy Feast" Seafood Buffet Dinner ($578/pp).

𓈅 sashimi don 𓈅 nourishing snake soup 𓈅 bacon, red dates, round meat, jade stewed chicken soup 𓈅Bamboo Lamb Brisket Pot 𓈅Dried Shrimp and Silverfish Glutinous Rice

I personally recommend the fresh Longjing fried shrimp balls, the delicious steamed scallops with gold and silver garlic vermicelli, the precious and filling fish and crab meat lobster stewed noodles, and of course, the warm and nourishing snake soup! Each guest will also receive a complimentary serving of pepper and salt bacon and prawns. Swiss MÖVENPICK ice cream, juice and beer are available in unlimited supply.

The clerk refills the food very quickly and all the hot plates are hot! The dining experience is very good, I recommend you to come and try it.
