I've eaten at Park Hotel's buffet before and I thought it was good
This time I will try the afternoon tea with my friends

Savory:
🔸Shrimp Cheese Chicken Roll with Lotus Black Vinegar Sauce
The shrimp meat is bouncy, the cheese is smooth, sweet and sour and appetizing

🔸Rose Quinoa Crab Stick Rice Paper Roll
The rice paper is crystal clear, and the crab meat is fresh and sweet

🔸Gillette Butterfly Shrimp with Osmanthus Yogurt Sauce
The shrimp is crispy and tender, and the osmanthus yogurt is sweet and fresh

🔸 Fig Avocado Scallop Toast
The scallops are tender, the toast is crispy, and the figs are sweet

🔸Chamomile Honeydew Salmon Pastry Box
The pastry is crispy and the peach fruit is fresh

Dessert:
🔹Lavender honey cake
The cake is soft and smooth, with a fragrance of lavender

🔹Jasmine milk ice cream
Delicate and smooth

🔹Cherry Blossom Cheesecake
The cheese is smooth and the cherry blossom jelly is crystal clear

🔹Flower crystal frozen
Sweet and icy, containing colorful petals

The layers are crispy and fruity

Crispy and melts in your mouth

beverage:
🍹 Lavender Lemon Soda: Sweet and sour fresh, fine bubbles
🧋Rose Rose Latte: Rich and fragrant, milky and warm

However I opted for hot fruit tea

Add HK$38 for waffles with Movenpick ice cream or passion fruit strawberry yogurt floral parfait for a sweet upgrade.

The afternoon tea here is very interesting. It's served at one person!
It's only 400 for two people, which is cheap!
