Spend a Unique Valentine's Day in a Neighborhood Full of Warmth

Instead of booking a seaside restaurant and spending thousands on a set menu, why not head to the charming neighborhood of Sai Kung City, where old meets new, for a rich and unique romantic celebration.
In the heart of Sai Kung City, you can visit the abandoned yet characterful Fong's Mansion and take some photos. Then, stroll through the local shops selling handmade home goods, clothing, and furniture, all of which are very distinctive. If your partner is an art lover, the local handmade leather goods, paper crafts, pottery, and scented candles are worth checking out.
The streets are also filled with unique coffee shops. When you're tired from walking, find a small shop to enjoy an apple pie or savor some handcrafted coffee while listening to the barista explain the characteristics and flavors of different coffee beans. Taking a coffee class together can be very heartwarming.
As for food, there's no shortage of options. You don't have to eat seafood in Sai Kung; for Valentine's Day, try some Western cuisine. I particularly like the atmosphere at The Picture House.
