Hellooooo πŸ‡πŸ‡° Today, we're taking you to Tai O Fishing Village, or as many people call it, the "Venice of Hong Kong" 🏞️ A classic fishing village filled with old-style houses along the river. If you like a local feel, walking around and eating delicious food, you have to come here!
And of course... When you come to Hong Kong, eating comes first! πŸ˜† Because there are many delicious foods here, especially Tai O's famous fish balls, meat balls, and donuts. 🍑🍩
🌊 Tai O Vibes: A local fishing village ~ When you walk into Tai O, you'll see a full vintage atmosphere. Old wooden houses along the river with boats parked in rows. There's also a market selling dried seafood, salted fish, and many local foods! If you're lucky, you might even see the highlight of this place, the pink dolphins. 🐬 (But we didn't see them... ngaaaa because we didn't get to see them, haha)
🍑 Must-try dishes: Fish balls & meat balls Not far from here, we found a shop selling hot, boiled meatballs on skewers. The aroma hit our noses. We had to rush in and order some! Fish balls 🐟 Bouncy to the teeth, sweet and slightly spicy sauce, very satisfying, beef balls πŸ‚ Authentic Hong Kong style, extremely enjoyable to chew, anyone who comes here and doesn't eat = you're missing out!

🍩 Must-try dessert: Tai O Donut, a famous old-fashioned donut recipe here, crispy outside, soft inside, not oily, first bite is... Wow! 😍 The sweetness is just right, eating it while it's hot is a level ten of deliciousness!! Anyone who goes there must try it, or else you won't say you didn't come!

πŸ’‘ Tips: How to get to Tai O? 1️⃣ Take the MTR to Tung Chung Station (Exit B), then take Bus 11 to Tai O (about 50 minutes) 2️⃣ Or you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to worship the Big Buddha first, then take the bus back! (This is how we do it)
πŸŽ‰ Conclusion: Should I go? It's worth it! πŸ’― Both beautiful views, local atmosphere, delicious food, and a very enjoyable walk. Suitable for those who like to relax and eat like us! πŸ˜†
