It is undeniable that Hong Kong is a country that many people have been to. The main reason why many people choose to come to Hong Kong is because they want to pray to the sacred things at various temples, eat, shop or visit amusement parks. But today we would like to recommend 1 place, which is "SHEK O Beach".

"SHEK O Beach" is located in the southeast of Hong Kong. It is a beautiful, quiet beach with clear water and soft, smooth sand. This place is suitable for sunbathing, sitting on a beach chair, chilling and reading a book (this costs money, as far as I saw on the sign, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, $150). You can go swimming here. There is a free shower. The day we went, the weather was great, not hot at all. When we tried to touch our feet in the sea water, the water was cool and refreshing. In addition to sitting on the beach, we can also walk around the village. There are many cute corners to take pictures. Most importantly, don't forget to try the local food.

How to get there 🚇
Take the MTR to Shau Kei Wan Station, then take the bus to the end of the line for about 20-25 minutes.
There are 2 types of buses to choose from, which depart from different exits.
The first type is the Local bus No. 9 (fare $13.0). You have to exit at exit A1 and walk a bit further from the station to find the parking lot. We took this type on the way there because the route is winding and a bit steep, which made us feel a bit carsick.

The other type is the City bus No. 9, which departs at exit A3 (fare $9.4). We took this type on the way back. Personally, we think that this is because it is a large bus, so it is comfortable and less dizzy.
