🧡The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. flagship store gets a new look to welcome new summer flavors🌴

The weather is getting hot, and it's a good time to eat ice cream everywhere. When you go to Sheung Wan, you might as well walk to Gough Street and check in at the popular The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. to eat ice cream. The flagship store has been changed into summer decoration, welcoming a series of very Thai and summer products. Eat and drink a mouthful to cool your whole body. 🧊🧊

There are many colors in the summer limited series, including pink pomegranate, pineapple sorbet, mango and coconut sorbet dessert with candied grapefruit and pineapple candied fruit, pandan cloud coffee, etc. On this day, I tried several other products that I wanted to try as soon as I saw them:

☁️Island Clouds (pineapple coconut milk drink with pandan cold foam)
☁️Golden Cloud (Papaya with Pandan Cold Foam)

Both drinks have fresh and rich fruit pulp. The former has a strong pandan flavor that goes well with the sweet and sour pineapple. The highlight is the thick and chewy dried pineapple, which will satisfy pineapple lovers! 🍍The papaya flesh of Golden Cloud is ripe, so it is very dense when drinking, and the overall taste is very soft. Both are not too sweet and are quite thirst-quenching~

🔸Thai milk tea mochi ice cream
One of the popular summer flavors is this Thai milk tea mochi ice cream with chewy mochi inside. Usually, this flavor is too sweet and too sweet, but this one is not too sweet, but the tea fragrance is very clear, and it is served in a silver cup, which can keep the icy feeling longer~

In addition to the summer flavors, you must try the Ice cream Sandwich when you come here. There are many new flavors this time. I strongly recommend the Peicha caramel flavor. It has a strong tea flavor and caramel is added but not too sweet. I chose two relatively refreshing cookies to make sandwiches. Eating one by one is really the best reward for myself.
