My Korean New Year's Eve Dinner

✨Today I was shopping at Times Square in Causeway Bay, but it’s not easy to find a place in this busy area where you can sit down and slowly enjoy tea and dim sum. So this "Zhong Chu" on the 12th floor of Times Square is a relatively good-quality Cantonese restaurant with reasonable prices. It belongs to the Tao Heung Group brand, so it uses the group’s unique automatic water boiling cart. What’s special here is that many dim sum items can be ordered by the piece. This time, we ordered various dim sum and their signature roast pigeon~
💞 Reasons for recommendation:
🕊️ The roast pigeon has crispy bones and tender inside, the meat is juicy and flavorful, and the skin is roasted to a fragrant crispness that keeps you wanting more.
🐟 The dace fish balls are quite fresh, with a bouncy texture and a refreshing, delicious taste. Combined with the vegetable soaked in broth, the dim sum has a rich and layered texture.
🐖 The char siu buns have a soft and fluffy skin, with ample and tasty filling, balanced in fat and lean meat ratio.
🥕 The turnip cake is pan-fried crispy on the outside and soft inside, delicious in flavor. Dipped in chili sauce, every bite is memorable.
👍🏻 Overall, the food tastes good, and the price for having tea at Times Square is reasonable. The dining environment is clean, hygienic, spacious, and bright, definitely worth recommending.
📍 Address: Shop 1201, 12th Floor, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay
