Summary of Great Food from My Solo Trip to Hong Kong

Summary of Great Food from My Solo Trip to Hong Kong 🇭🇰

📍Tim Ho Wan
When you think of Hong Kong, this is the place! A Michelin regular dim sum restaurant 🥟
The melon pan char siu is famous, but I’m a siu mai fan.
I heard the K11 location has exclusive menu items!

📍Crystal Lotus
The ultimate winner of Disney dim sum 🐭
All about the cuteness, but the taste is genuinely delicious, so don’t underestimate it.
*Advance reservation and specifying character menu items are a must!

📍Ding Dim 1968
If you want a light dim sum meal, this is recommended.
The shrimp siu mai and truffle xiao long bao are so exquisite I couldn’t stop ordering 🥹
They gave me a takeout box, so I was relieved ◎

📍Peninsula Hong Kong Pool Lounge
The breakfast buffet exclusive to hotel guests was amazing…✨
The extraordinary atmosphere reset everything. Definitely worth the splurge.

📍Maxim’s City Hall
Wagon-style dim sum battle 🔥 Dim sum flows by only at lunch!
You pick what you want yourself, which actually makes it more exciting (lol)

📍bakehouse
The god of egg tarts ✨
The crispy and melty texture is addictive, making additional purchases inevitable.
The line is long, but it moves quickly, so no stress ◎

📍Cupping Room Coffee Roasters
The Harbor City location’s seats by the sea are especially recommended ☕
The combination with the rich Basque cheesecake was absolutely perfect!

📍Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Sheng Jian Bao
A Michelin regular for pan-fried xiao long bao!
Crispy and fluffy texture with explosive juicy meat that hits hard from the first bite.
The moment I stuffed one in my mouth, I was overwhelmed by the umami 🥹

“Easy to enter alone,” “Easy to order,” “Truly delicious”
These were my criteria for choosing Hong Kong gourmet food 🍽️
I’d be happy if it reaches people like me ♡
