The Farmhouse at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour has become a frequent favorite of mine. Especially during promotional periods, this buffet is definitely a highly cost-effective choice — great food quality, a wide variety of options, a comfortable environment, plus the added bonus of a sea view, making it truly irresistible.

The seafood counter in the buffet area is definitely the highlight. Sashimi, chilled shrimp, chilled crab, and other basic seafood are all available for you to enjoy, with quick replenishment. The freshness of the seafood is satisfying, and paired with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi, it really whets the appetite.

Besides the food, the drink selection is equally abundant. In addition to the usual coffee and tea, there are various sodas and juices, showing genuine thoughtfulness. Compared to some buffets that only offer basic drinks, The Farmhouse clearly puts in more effort.
