High-Quality Seaview Japanese Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui

Many Hong Kong people also love eating Japanese cuisine, but a high-standard Japanese restaurant is hard to come by. Sometimes, if the food isn’t fresh, it can really cause nausea. Since sashimi is eaten raw, the freshness of the ingredients is especially important. As for tempura, the technique is also very particular because if the oil temperature and cooking time are not right, the food might be overcooked or not crispy enough.

Last time, I tried a Japanese restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, and the food quality was very reliable. Of course, the price was a bit higher, and the environment was quite beautiful with an unbeatable sea view, which definitely adds to the experience. The only suggestion I have is that it would be better if lunch included drinks, because I ordered a coffee and juice separately, which cost $58 and $28 respectively. Many restaurants include drinks in their meals.

Regarding the food, there are many types of seafood bowls, and they look very appealing. I personally like the fresh scallops and octopus. The large prawn tempura my son ordered was also up to standard, but it would be better if the vegetables were not chili peppers, as kids can’t eat those.
