【Hong Kong】Tang Lung Street Local "Noodle House": Generous Portions, Innovative, Down-to-Earth!

I've always wanted to recommend "Noodle House": Tang Lung Street, this "Made in Hong Kong" wonton and beef brisket noodle place is the most authentic!

This noodle shop has been on Tang Lung Street for a year, right next to the king of cart noodles, "Noodle Master"! With just a few simple dishes: wontons, beef brisket, meatballs, and several types of noodles made by local noodle factories, it has completely won over discerning food lovers!

Sakura Shrimp Wontons: Ping-pong ball shaped, packed with sakura shrimp and pork, a really big wonton 😮

Beef Brisket: You can choose fatty or lean, sliced thinly, with a nice chew

Meatballs: Lots of shiitake mushrooms! This is really rare!

The noodles are the essence: You can choose chicken soup or dried fish soup, but I definitely recommend you try the purple sweet potato curry dry noodles 🔥 The smoothness of the curry and purple sweet potato is a perfect match!

By the way: Remember to order the grape-flavored Fanta, very rare to find in Hong Kong!
