Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui Premium Japanese Cuisine

Sushi Wadatsunhi is a new restaurant opened by the whole team, led by Chef Ken. Today, Chef Ken was not available, so Chef Andy took charge. The ingredients were fresh, the sashimi temperature was well controlled, the sushi rice grains were distinct, and the acidity was just right. Although the chef's technique was a bit stiff, the overall experience was good. Thanks to the boss for the treat, I immediately made an appointment to try Chef Ken’s skills next time.

The set meal only had ten pieces of sushi, I added three more.

I had tried it before and thought it was good, so I came again with friends. This time I asked for Chef Ken, but it felt similar to last time with Chef Andy. I recognized Chef Andy as the second chef when leaving 😅 The quality this time was just as good, but without the boss’s attention, I only added an anglerfish liver roll. A friend is allergic to shrimp and crab, so we changed to squid and oyster, which seemed great too 😆 All the waitstaff were very attentive, especially the manager Angie. I kept changing the number of people, but she remained very patient and kind. Many thanks 🙏🏻
