A surprise in the city

The outside of this restaurant 🍽 is covered in colorful lights 💡, giving it a dreamy feel. This was one of the reasons I came here. Since there aren't many Spanish restaurants in Hong Kong, I wanted to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised 🤩 and I wasn't disappointed. I could already check out the restaurant from outside 📸 before I even entered. Today's order included four dishes:

Foie Gras Bikini Sandwich 🥪
Although the sandwich 🥪 was thin, the foie gras flavor was incredibly rich upon first bite. It was rich and delicious 😋 and the greasiness was mitigated by the toast. * The clever owner 💁 changed the name to something more appealing, so those who enjoy bikini-wearing 🤤 will definitely come and check it out 🙊

Spanish Potato Omelette
(Add minced mentaiko and chorizo if desired)
The omelette is generously filled with potato 🥔 and topped with sour cream. Cutting into it reveals a surprising, golden egg 🥚 oozing out from the inside, creating a rich, fragrant egg. The soft potato and egg, mixed with the sour cream, create a complex and rich taste.

Iberico Pork Saddle with a smoky vinegar sauce and fried potatoes
The pork is cooked perfectly, not dry, with a crispy, juicy texture. The skin is pan-fried to perfection without being tough, and the side dish is generously topped with fragrant fried potatoes. Each piece is crispy and would have been even more delicious with a little more salt.

Mojito Lamb Skewers
This lamb kebab dish is rich in lamb flavor, with large, tender pieces on each skewer. Surprisingly, the juicy meat remains even after cooking. The lamb is slightly charred and not tough. Lamb lovers, you should give it a try.

Overall: The food was delicious 😋 and the location was convenient. The restaurant has some surprises 🤩 and is a great place for a get-together with friends 👭👬.

Postscript:
Luckily, the owner had time to come over and ask if we'd like anything to drink 🍸. Since I don't drink alcohol 🍾🍹, he mixed us a special drink 🍸. He said it was made with kiwi 🥝, orange 🍊, and 7-up 🥤. Thank you for the soft, beautiful color 🙇‍♀️.
