Staying at Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, how can you miss going to Mirage for a semi buffet 💕

From May 1st to September, Mirage Bar & Restaurant at Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel is launching a brand new unlimited "Feast" Summer Lunch, offering each guest a delicate main course lunch plus unlimited buffet delights!

Mirage Bar & Restaurant is designed with a mirage theme, featuring a two-story high bar counter surrounded by misty glass decorations, perfectly matching the Mirage concept.

There are six main courses for the Summer Lunch. We tried the Hainan Chicken Rice and Duck Confit Soba Noodles. For some reason, whenever I see Hainan Chicken Rice at a hotel, I really want to try it 😆

The Duck Confit Soba Noodles sound amazing just by the name, giving a unique experience you can’t get elsewhere, and whether the flavors match is something you have to try to know 😏
Indeed, the taste matches well, showing the hotel’s quality 👍🏻

The buffet section offers a wide variety of delicious dishes.

The best part has to be their grilled cheese station, where staff grill cheese on the spot and pour it hot onto your plate 🧀 Enjoy it piping hot and fragrant, and you can pair it with the bread and ham on the table.

There’s also fresh sashimi and sushi, salmon tartare crispy wonton rolls, dan dan burrata buffalo cheese, and for dessert, you must try their Basque cheesecake 🍰

If you want seafood, just add 188 HKD to enjoy a seafood tower with king crab legs, whelks, shrimp, and mussels.

Friends who usually dine at Renaissance Cafe’s buffet don’t have to worry about missing out due to renovations. Now you can come to Mirage to try this more diverse semi buffet than usual 😌
