Located on Gough Street in Central and Sheung Wan, Ice Cream & Cookies has once again reinvented the classic dessert Affogato with their seasonal new ice cream!

Affogato centers around hard vanilla ice cream, with hot and strong espresso driving the whole dessert. This time, they use pistachio ice cream rich in pistachio nuts and oil, but espresso remains the star!

Recommended first: drink the coffee in the cup in one go, then let the coffee and pistachio ice cream blend for a few minutes. When you get to the bottom, you'll find the pistachio ice cream and coffee have fused into a hard block, offering the crunch of pistachio nuts along with the aroma of coffee! 👍🏻
