The Dragon Boat Festival is coming soon, taking my aunt to celebrate.
I’ve tried the Tuen Mun branch before and found the crab roe noodles quite good.
Today, I want to relive the taste~

Appetizers:
Jiangnan Three Small Combo $98
Like a surprise egg, fulfilling three wishes at once.
Crystal Pork ~ translucent and cool, even better dipped in vinegar.
Jiangnan Small Ribs ~ sweet and sour, very appetizing and flavorful.
Three Happiness Braised Wheat Gluten ~ slightly sweet, soaked in sauce, with wood ear mushrooms & bamboo shoots, rich texture.

Dim Sum:
Shanghai Soup Dumplings $45/4 pcs
Thin skin, juicy, rich broth that’s not greasy, be careful when eating.

Pan-fried Dumplings $45/3 pcs
Crispy bottom, juicy meat inside when bitten.

Crab Roe Fried Rice Cake $138
Golden and very appealing, loaded with crab roe, you can see it without searching, very fresh and flavorful, strong crab roe taste, leaves a lingering fragrance, chewy rice cake texture, highly recommended😍

Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake $48/4 pcs
Soft outer layer, bursts with juice in one bite, perfectly sweetened brown sugar, always tastes great.

Came after work and waited a bit for a seat, quite crowded😆
But the crab roe series is indeed done very well~
