Hong Kong is a world-renowned tourist and vacation city, attracting thousands of visitors every day. It is also a great city for family trips with children. This time, we want to recommend a family-friendly hotel in Hong Kong: The Royal Garden Hotel.
1. Transportation
After arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, we chose to travel by MTR. We took the Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station (ps: you cannot use the MTR QR code to exit here; you need to buy a ticket at the self-service machine or the manned counter. This journey takes about 15 minutes and costs HKD 70).
2. Exit - Royal Garden Hotel
East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Tsim Sha Tsui Station are actually one station connected by an underground passage. At East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, be sure to exit from P2 (there is an elevator here, and walking from exit P2 to the hotel is faster).
The Royal Garden Hotel’s butterfly pastries are very famous. With a room card, you get a 15% discount. When checking in, the front desk staff also gave us two samples to try. They taste good and are great to buy for kids~
The hotel rooms are very large and spacious, with big beds. It’s perfect for a family of three with no space pressure, which is rare in Hong Kong where space is precious.
We recommend booking this hotel on trip.com to enjoy the best room rates and excellent after-sales service. Booking early gives you more room options.
