This restaurant's desserts, main dishes, and drinks are all quite good, and the overall experience is satisfying.
We ordered two types of udon, each with its own unique character. The yuzu pepper pork udon uses Japanese pork, which is tender, paired with the fresh and spicy yuzu pepper, creating a rich flavor profile. The udon noodles are chewy, and the broth is just right—not too salty or too bland.
As for the shrimp tomato soy milk udon, the tomato broth is rich and smooth with the aroma of soy milk, combined with sweet fresh shrimp, resulting in a harmonious taste. Tossing the udon in the sauce made us eat a lot without realizing it 🥴
For drinks, the iced matcha milk has a strong matcha flavor and a smooth milky taste; the hot roasted tea milk with caramel cream adds sweetness to the drink.
Regarding desserts, both parfaits come in large cups. The matcha warabi mochi parfait has chewy warabi mochi and a strong matcha flavor, combined with other ingredients for a rich texture; the roasted tea shiratama parfait features soft shiratama and a mellow roasted tea flavor, with a well-balanced overall taste.
