Visited this Japanese izakaya for sukiyaki, and their signature hot pot set for two is only $548+ including sukiyaki, a vegetable platter, oden, sukiyaki black truffle risotto, plus two selectable snacks. The sukiyaki is prepared by the staff, so just fold your hands and enjoy.

Top-Grade US Beef Neck & Japanese Domestic Beef Neck
The sukiyaki oil varies by beef price, and we chose beef neck. There are two pieces of domestic Japanese beef and four pieces of US beef. The beef is very tender, melts in your mouth without any residue, and dipping it in egg yolk makes it even more fragrant and smooth. After the meat, the staff will cook the vegetable platter, which includes shiitake mushrooms, tofu, baby bok choy, onions, scallions, and more.

Black Truffle Risotto
Finally, the leftover sauce from cooking the meat and vegetables is used to make black truffle risotto. The risotto not only has the aroma of black truffle but also absorbs the fresh and sweet flavors of the meat and vegetables, making it irresistibly delicious.

Oden
The broth is very clear and sweet, containing radish, chikuwa, fish cake, and more, all very flavorful.

Karaage Popcorn Chicken
The fried chicken portion is huge, with the chicken pieces fried to a crispy golden brown while remaining tender and juicy inside, perfectly paired with egg yolk sauce.

Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue
The beef tongue has a springy texture and rich beef flavor. You can dip it in a bit of spicy sauce for an extra kick, which is very satisfying.

Ice Cream Soda & Plum Lime Mint Soda
For an additional $38, you can order a special drink. I ordered an ice cream soda made with Ramune marble soda as the base, and my friend ordered a plum lime mint soda, which tastes sweet, sour, and salty, perfect for cooling down and quenching thirst.

Limited Tiramisu Ice Cream Cup
We also ordered an ice cream cup for dessert, which is like a deconstructed tiramisu. It contains chocolate ice cream scoops, ladyfingers, cream, and more.
