I really enjoy going to izakayas after work to have dinner and savor the unique izakaya experience.

🔸 Akagai (Ark Shell) & Deep-Sea Fish
✨ Akagai has a crisp and refreshing texture;
✨ Deep-sea fish has firm meat with a mild flavor.

🔸 Japanese Dried Fugu (Pufferfish)
The dried fugu is grilled to perfection, offering a salty-sweet taste.

🔸 Braised Beef Tendon
👍🏻 The beef tendon is tender and melts in your mouth, with a rich flavor. You can even taste different parts of the beef. The radish is soft and smooth without any fibers, and the sauce is flavorful. Pairing it with white rice ensures no sauce is left behind.

🔸 Salted Squid (Ichiyaboshi Style)
The squid is prepared using the ichiyaboshi method, resulting in a texture that is moderately firm and chewy, with a concentrated salty aroma.

🔸 Karaage Chicken
The chicken has a thin, crispy skin, tender meat, and juicy flavor. Paired with salad dressing, it’s absolutely delicious.

🔸 Sweet Potato, Zucchini, & Japanese Ginkgo Nuts
✨ Sweet potato is soft and sweet;
✨ Zucchini is thick, crisp, juicy, and carries a buttery and salty aroma;
✨ Japanese ginkgo nuts are firm with a slightly salty and sweet taste.

The chicken skin is crispy without being greasy, offering a crunchy yet slightly chewy texture.

🔸 Chicken Wings & Chicken Kidney
✨ Chicken wings are crispy, and the meat is relatively tender;
✨ Chicken kidney is firmer and chewier.
