Tried the Chaoshan beef hot pot buffet, eat as much as you want for two hours. Especially the hand-cut beef, combined with the dual-flavor hot pot base, the selection is quite rich.
First, let's talk about the dual-flavor hot pot 🥘, chose Thai Golden Tom Yum and Lime Coconut Chicken Soup. The Tom Yum broth is sour, spicy, and appetizing, with a fragrant spice flavor and moderate spiciness. As for the Lime Coconut Chicken Soup, it’s sweeter and lighter, balancing out the spiciness of the Tom Yum, and perfect for cooking other ingredients.
The star is definitely the hand-cut Chaoshan beef, including hanging tender, eye of round, brisket, and black leaf. The beef cooks in just a few seconds, preserving its beefy aroma. The hanging tender is oily and fragrant, the eye of round is crisp, the brisket is sweet and aromatic, and the black leaf is refreshing.
Besides Chaoshan beef, there are also M6 Wagyu, beef brisket, pork shoulder, lamb, and other options to satisfy different tastes. The M6 Wagyu has evenly distributed marbling, the beef brisket is rich in fat, the pork shoulder is tender, and the lamb has no gamey taste.
