Cathay The Bridge Reopens! Gold Card Luck Explosion with Upgrade + Lounge Guide

Lounge Help! Last-minute itinerary booked at midnight, and I received an upgrade notification on the way! Just upgraded to Gold Card at the end of February and luck is already shining, even my travel companions benefited✨ The highlight is being able to check in at The Bridge Yilian Hall reopening on May 7, double the joy!

📍The lounge is right at gates 35-36, you can see it right after getting off the train, super easy to find! The decor continues Cathay’s usual luxury feel, similar to Jade Heng Hall’s style, but the food has been significantly upgraded! Authentic Northwest-style biangbiang noodles and roujiamo, exquisite and delicious Western hot dishes, and a richer selection of Chinese cuisine—no more just eating dan dan noodles~

💡However, the left and right sections are a bit far apart, so it’s recommended to allow plenty of time to explore! The Western dining area on the right side is for first class only, separated by glass and feels a bit small; no inside reviews yet~

✅Must praise highlights: showers perfect for transit passengers; so many food and drink options it’s hard to choose; private independent resting rooms with full privacy! The only minor downside is it’s very far from gate 3, but the World Hall is just too ordinary, so rushing to The Bridge is definitely worth it~

🍷Finally, a shoutout to Cathay’s wine selection! Every time I encounter mainland wineries’ red wines, it’s a surprise. This time, Shanxi Yiyuan Dexi’s aroma is amazing—everyone must try it next time!
