Michelin-recommended Yakitori Kappo in Central, a great place to celebrate

Of course, birthdays deserve a proper celebration. This year, I chose this Michelin-recommended 🌟 Japanese restaurant in Central to celebrate with my other half. The restaurant specializes in 🇯🇵 Japanese yakitori kappo, run by a team of Japanese chefs, using Kagoshima Kuro Satsuma free-range chicken 🐓 from Japan. They offer many rare chicken parts, paired with the chef’s exquisite charcoal grilling skills, delivering an authentic Japanese flavor experience 😋
.
The chef’s omakase set includes a full 14 courses, from appetizers to desserts, each dish maintaining a high standard and showcasing the versatility of 🐓 chicken dishes. The open kitchen with bar seating allows you to admire the Japanese chefs’ superb craftsmanship. The staff’s service is also good, with clear explanations for each dish, making the overall dining experience excellent 👍🏻
.
The biggest surprise is definitely the 🎉 celebration part, which includes a beautiful cake, and the chefs and staff singing the birthday song together—truly surprising and unforgettable 💕
