Today, my mom and I came to AIDSIDE Lotus Dynasty, which is not far from my home. Since my mom loves dim sum and Chinese food, we were looking forward to trying their signature soup dumplings. We arrived early and were able to get a window seat.

I think the crab roe 🦀 soup dumplings are the best, with a rich crab roe flavor and fresh, sweet crab juice inside. My mom loves the black truffle flavor; the unique aroma of black truffle paired with fresh meat creates the perfect taste! The loofah-flavored soup dumplings are more subtle, with a refreshing texture! Tasting all 8 unique flavors at once is truly great value.

🐔 Must-try Li Bai Drunken Chicken (chicken thigh), with a strong wine aroma and just the right amount of alcohol, soaked in chilled, silky drunken chicken thigh. It was so delicious that even I, who usually avoids fatty chicken skin, broke my rule this time!

🍛 My mom loves eating white rice for lunch, so I chose the crab roe fried rice. Each grain of rice is distinct and flavorful, not too soft or sticky, perfectly blended with the rich crab roe. It really showcases the chef’s skill and is an impeccable dish!

🍹 For drinks, my mom picked the freshly hand-shaken perfume lemon tea this season. The fresh and sweet hand-shaken passion fruit makes every sip deliciously sweet! Unlike ordinary hand-shaken lemon tea, it’s made with real ingredients and is very refreshing and thirst-quenching!
