Tokyo Michelin One-Star Restaurant "Hiyama" Opens in Wan Chai Hop Wo Mall✨
The new Wan Chai outlet recreates the unique charm of Hiyama, a century-old Tokyo Nihonbashi establishment. There are plenty of photo spots along the way, plus special private rooms😍 The "Tsuru" room displays various precious original century-old antiques from the Tokyo main store, while the "Hi" room features a private bar counter where the chef cooks live in front of guests, offering an up-close gourmet experience❤️

First, 5 appetizers are served: plum wine jelly, edamame, simmered wagyu, shredded daikon with clam meat, and crab chawanmushi😍 Each is uniquely crafted with care. Our favorites are the sweet and sour plum wine jelly and the smooth, fresh chawanmushi.

Table-side sukiyaki cooked live✨ We chose the sirloin cut, with evenly distributed marbling, tender and juicy meat rich in fat aroma👅 The wagyu absorbs the sweet and savory sauce, paired with tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and other vegetables, creating a rich and flavorful dish🥰
❀ A5 Wagyu Three-Item Assortment | Wagyu Clear Soup 🐮
The three wagyu items are seared sirloin, thinly grilled shoulder, and slow-cooked loin, allowing you to taste different wagyu cuts at once❤️ The thinly grilled shoulder is served cold with a tangy salad, refreshing and appetizing✨ The seared sirloin is crispy on the outside and tender inside, bursting with rich beef aroma, while the slow-cooked loin is very tender and juicy👍🏻 The accompanying wagyu clear soup is flavorful and fragrant, rich but not greasy~
