Today, I visited the Thai restaurant "Thai Jai" located in Tsim Sha Tsui to enjoy dinner. The restaurant specializes in authentic Thai dishes.
The restaurant environment is simple and bright, and the staff are attentive and polite.
Thai Boat Noodles with Wagyu and Rice Noodles $138
This dish combines rich wagyu beef with a creamy coconut milk broth. The rice noodles have a smooth texture, and the beef is cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful.
Thai Crab Fried Rice $118
The fried rice grains are distinct, with fresh crab meat and a unique blend of spices. Every bite is filled with the fresh aroma of the sea, and the portion is generous.
Thai Seafood Fried Spring Rolls $88
The spring rolls are crispy on the outside and tender inside, filled with a rich seafood filling. Served with sweet chili sauce, adding layers of flavor.
Thai Stir-Fried Water Spinach $68
The water spinach is stir-fried just right, retaining a crisp texture. The seasoning is fresh and light.
Thai Green Tea $28
The green tea has a fragrant aroma and rich flavor, but is not overly bitter, making it perfect for cleansing the palate after a meal.
Lime Soda $28
This drink has a balanced sweet and sour taste, with the fresh flavor of lime complementing the bubbles of the soda water.
Coconut Ice Cream Toast (Pandan Sauce) $68
The coconut ice cream is smooth and delicious, paired with the unique flavor of pandan sauce. Sweet but not greasy, with toast that is crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Coconut Milk Pudding (2 cups) $18
The aroma of coconut milk and its slight sweetness are very satisfying.
