A historic building full of character, housing shops and restaurants where local artists and designers showcase their works. It was converted from police quarters during the British colonial era, and if you look closely, some traces remain. The walls between the individual quarters have not been removed, and many creative shops and unique exhibitions have moved in. Exploring each room feels like a treasure hunt. The courtyard often hosts large exhibitions; on the day of visit, there was a beer carnival with many foreigners attending. Overall, it’s quite comfortable to stroll around. I have been twice, but unfortunately about a quarter of the shops were closed both times.
