There are four types of abalone for you to choose from: fresh and sweet abalone with a crisp and chewy texture, traditional drunken abalone with a rich wine aroma, charcoal-grilled salted scallion abalone with a savory and flavorful taste, and yuzu grilled abalone with a slightly sour fruity aroma, offering rich layers of flavor. The sake-marinated tender beef tongue is chewy and flavorful with a strong meaty aroma; golden coconut shrimp balls are crispy on the outside and chewy inside, with a fresh and sweet shrimp taste.

The dual-flavor hot pot broth features one side with papaya coconut young chicken broth, which is sweet and fragrant with coconut, very smooth to drink; the other side is a nourishing thick soup pot, rich and flavorful, leaving you warm after drinking.
