Hong Kong|Retired Train—Flyhead Train Carriage

At the Wan Chai Temporary Waterfront Park, there is a train 🚆 that doesn’t go to any station—the Flyhead Train. (I believe everyone is familiar with it.)
I personally think it’s a great move by MTR to donate retired trains to the Development Bureau!
This not only preserves the historical significance of Hong Kong’s railway development but also allows the public to better understand the contribution of the "Flyhead Train" to railway services in the past.
The Flyhead Train is stationed at Wan Chai Temporary Waterfront Park, becoming a beautiful attraction here.
The carriage is bright and spacious, air-conditioned, and in one of the carriages, the door is open, allowing the public to sit outside the train and enjoy the sea view of Victoria Harbour, capturing a stunning photo.
(Seeing photos taken by skilled photographers online, comments often ask if the photos are photoshopped. 😂🙈 This proves that this scenery can be so beautiful it looks like a fake picture.)
It’s a pity that skilled photographer isn’t me? 🙈🙈🙈
If you also love trains, enjoy photography, and adore the beautiful view of Victoria Harbour, this place really needs a lot of space to store photos. 😝
Actually, along the entire waterfront promenade from Central—Admiralty—Wan Chai, there are many photo spots, including Tamar Park, Central Waterfront Event Space (with stalls, games, and workshops for parents and children), Wan Chai, Wan Chai Temporary Waterfront, the retired train, sunsets, and more, all of which can be explored in one go.
When the weather is hot, remember to protect yourself from the sun and always carry sunglasses in summer. 🙈
📍Address: Wan Chai Temporary Waterfront Park
(Walk through the Wan Chai Golden Bauhinia Square past the tourist bus stop all the way to the end).
