Skin-refreshing afternoon tea

At the Italian restaurant Cucina inside the Marco Polo Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, in collaboration with the skincare brand fresh, a black tea-themed skin-refreshing afternoon tea is launched from May to mid-July. A series of exquisite savory and sweet snacks have been designed around black tea. The savory items are especially outstanding, including Sicilian octopus with black tea mashed potato and tomato, foie gras with black tea milk jelly accompanied by gold leaf, Parma ham with melon, Italian-style toasted bread with ricotta cheese and truffle honey, and a half tomato lamb pie. Each dish is a feast for the eyes and palate. Enjoy afternoon tea while gazing at the stunning Victoria Harbour view, and you can also take home a fresh sample pack.
