Supreme Wonton Noodle Chicken Hot Pot has several branches in the New Territories, with the most famous being its rich and flavorful chicken hot pot and hot pot dishes. This time, a new branch has opened in Tsuen Wan, offering a 10% discount. We brought along the new foodie sisters, Angel and Devil, to try it out. The prices are quite reasonable~

The signature dish of this restaurant is, of course, the chicken hot pot. The chicken pieces are tender and easily separated from the bone, making them very convenient to eat~ The chicken hot pot features a rich and mildly spicy flavor, combined with various spices and a secret sauce, including onions and coriander, which make the chicken juicy and tender while adding a fresh aroma and balanced taste~ For those who love strong flavors, you can choose the extra spicy option to excite your taste buds, but we really couldn't handle it~

After finishing the chicken hot pot, you can use the remaining flavorful broth to enjoy hot pot by ordering various ingredients such as fatty beef, meatballs, vegetables, tofu, chive dumplings, fresh shrimp wontons, and Fengcheng dumplings. We recommend ordering sweet potato noodles because they absorb the flavor well and are filling~ Enjoying both chicken hot pot and hot pot at the same time is really a great deal!

Remember to order the fried mantou snacks, two pieces per serving, freshly fried to order, crispy on the outside and soft inside, served with condensed milk—very delicious!

For drinks, there are Hong Kong-style milk tea with lemon water and Luo Han Guo goji chrysanthemum tea, as well as soy milk and soda to choose from. We recommend drinking herbal tea or lemon honey to cool down~
