Delicious tender Japanese Nahuo beef

Lately, I've been craving hot pot 🫕~
Saw that this place serves Japanese Nahuo beef 🐮, so I had to try it!
It's a Taiwanese-style hot pot, with my favorite duck blood 🦆, fried snacks, and a DIY dessert bar too~

Of course, when seated, I had to order a few plates of Nahuo beef right away 😍~
Its fat is evenly distributed, cooks quickly with a light dip, and is tender and smooth 😋~
Besides Nahuo beef, the hand-cut sirloin is also delicious~
Since it has less fat, it’s not as tender as Nahuo beef, but the beef flavor is richer 👍~
Their short ribs and pork shoulder are also very tasty 🐷, kept ordering more~

For online orders, the baby squid and clams are fresh and delicious 🦪~
I ate over ten clams and not a single one had sand~
There’s also a wide variety of other foods, mainly meatballs and vegetables 🥬~
Plus some hot dishes like tea eggs and sweet potato balls 🧆~

The best part is, besides unlimited ice cream 🍨~
They also have an ice maker and tofu pudding~
