This restaurant fuses Hong Kong-style flavors with French cuisine.
The decor is beautiful, perfect for gatherings with friends or dates! The restaurant’s French-style decoration and soft lighting make it ideal for taking photos and checking in📸
Bread Basket 🥖
The scallion pancake concept bread served at the table immediately catches your eye! The bread smells strongly of scallion pancake as soon as it arrives. It’s crispy on the outside and soft inside, paired with XO sauce butter that is savory, rich, and slightly spicy—very appetizing😋
Pigeon 🐦
The crispy-skinned, tender pigeon is served with plum sauce and salt. It has the usual flavor of pigeon but the sweet and sour taste perfectly balances the greasiness of the meat, making it refreshing yet flavorful. Next to it is a duck leg wrapped in spring roll pastry with duck liver sauce, creating a well-balanced taste🤩
Eggplant 🍆
A combination of roasted and fried eggplant textures paired with garlic butter milk sauce.
The top layer is fried eggplant cubes, crispy outside and soft inside.
The roasted eggplant underneath is creamy with a hint of garlic. Chili oil and fried garlic chips add extra layers of flavor. Eggplant lovers definitely can’t miss this👍🏻
Black Abalone 🐚
Thinly sliced black abalone served with rich abalone liver sauce and crispy rice crust. The taste is fresh and sweet, with the crispiness of the crust contrasting the tenderness of the abalone, leaving a deep impression😍
The “Wagyu” Wellington 🥩
The Wagyu Wellington is the highlight of the night! The Wagyu melts in your mouth, with the golden, crispy puff pastry on the outside. It’s served with Hong Kong-style Chu Hou sauce, sweet and salty, giving the feeling of eating Chu Hou beef brisket🤣
The French Toast 🍞
Caramel crisps paired with peanut butter French toast, plus a scoop of Hong Kong-style milk tea ice cream in the middle🍦 The milk tea ice cream is rich and smooth, balanced perfectly by the sweetness of the peanut butter and caramel crisps. Delicious😛
Chocolate Choux 🍫
Mini pineapple buns, crispy outside and soft inside, filled with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, served with cola sauce. It tastes like having pineapple buns and black milk tea at a local cha chaan teng. The mix of Hong Kong pineapple bun and French choux pastry is truly creative🥰
Basically, every dish showcases a mix and match of Hong Kong and French cooking methods, and each dish is quite surprising.
Definitely worth a try😆
