The restaurant is designed with a strong European classical atmosphere⚜️, from the green exterior walls, bicycles, to the crystal lamps and paintings in the restaurant, it's like entering a French restaurant, the design is romantic and elegant💐
This attempt at Dinner Menu is a very special conception of adding Hong Kong flavor to the basics of French cuisine.
⚜️L'amuse Bouche
The appetizer was Hokkaido scallops with salmon roe🧡, fresh and fragrant with grapefruit, served with crispy matcha cake made into leaves.
🥯Shacha bread with butter XO sauce, the bread is soft and savory, a very special combination.
⚜️Langustine
Inspired by shrimp sauce stir-fried squid. Cut the squid 🦑 into noodles, which has a smooth and chewy texture. Stir in a sauce made from cream, fermented shrimp paste and oyster sauce. The jellyfish🦐 is fresh and refreshing, which enhances the freshness of the whole dish.
⚜️Pigeon
Cooking breast pigeons in two ways. A kind of marinated with Chinese spices, the pigeon breast 🥩 is cooked at a vacuum low temperature, the meat is tender, aromatic and bouncy. Another type adds garlic and thyme to cook breast pigeon legs at a sous vide low temperature, then the shredded meat is paired with foie gras sauce, cabbage, truffle sauce, etc. to make crispy spring rolls 🫔. Served with sweet plum sauce and suitcase sauce 🤎, sweet and slightly spicy and slightly sour, a kind of Chinese and Western fusion feeling, and paired with a glass of red wine 🍷, the taste is great! 😋
⚜️Eggplant
Inspired by the typhoon shelter fried three treasures, the outer layer of eggplant🍆 is grilled to add a smoky aroma. Mix part of the eggplant puree with the cream to make a stuffed stuffed inside the eggplant. Finally filled with fried golden crispy eggplant pieces⭐️. I never thought that eggplant alone could produce such a rich mouthfeel and layer, it was my most memorable dish of the night! 😍👍🏻
⚜️The "Wagyu" Wellington
Classic Wagyu Wellington dish, seasoned with Hong Kong-style Zhuhou sauce. Crispy pastry is wrapped in oily beef🥩, and added a little sourness, more appetizing and refreshing. The accompaniment is white radish🤍, which is full of creativity and adds a fresh taste.
⚜️Espresso Lava Cake
This espresso cream heart is soft✨, filled with smoky sago, warm and creamy, soft cake, paired with Chinese-style almond tea ice cream. The perfect blend of coffee and almond smoothness is very satisfying☺️
⚜️Petit Fours
The last meal is a small cake with exquisite wine flavor.
