Sha Tin Value-for-Money Wagyu, Lobster, and Oyster All-You-Can-Eat Buffet

Many Hong Kong people enjoy buffets because of the wide variety of food, allowing everyone to choose according to their preferences. The biggest feature of this hotel is the plate-painting service, which adds a ceremonial touch, making it perfect for birthdays or anniversaries. We can write our own blessings and names on a note, and the hotel will arrange for the plate to be slid over along with the Heart Soft dessert for photo opportunities.

As for the food, the hotel offers various cold seafood platters, including lobster, king crab, freshly shucked oysters, jade whelk, clams, prawns, and mussels. There is also sashimi available, including swordfish, botan shrimp, salmon, squid, and more. The hot dishes feature many specialties such as Hokkaido Shirakaba pork sukiyaki, foie gras toast, Saga Wagyu teppanyaki, and teppanyaki hamburgers. Additionally, there are many local snacks like pig’s blood, spicy Dongfeng snails, duck feet, Italian pasta, crab claws, white-cut chicken, and of course, ice cream and desserts that kids love.

The buffet is divided into different time slots with varying prices, and different food is offered during each time slot. Moreover, the restaurant provides a sparkling wine cart during buffet hours, where adults aged 18 and above can choose their favorite drinks from the cart.
