Royal Park Hotel Shatin Park Lane Buffet 🦞🦀🍣 Value for money recommendation!

"The Palate"

It's been a long time since I've had a buffet!
Today I came to The Palate located at the Imperial Hotel in Shatin. Their buffet is on sale. Dinner only costs $400. It's really cheap!

There are also many kinds of food, once you enter, many people are queuing up for lobster, long-legged crab, ready-to-eat oysters, grilled wagyu sushi (my favorite), Japanese Hida wagyu, wagyu burger, sukiyaki, goose liver toast, a variety of sashimi and sushi, and of course a variety of cooked food and desserts
Cocktails are still available before 8pm😇

There is also a "bluefin tuna impromptu split" during the dinner (19:30-22:00), where you can enjoy the master's gestures and explanations
