One of the appetizers 🐟 Salmon head cartilage with kelp, called Menju-don, a rare cut with a crunchy texture, and the sour sauce is very appetizing.
🥚White truffle caviar with Ran-Oh onsen egg🥚
Choose two sashimi items 💛 Sea urchin is super fresh and sweet (If I come again next time, I wonder if I can have two portions of sea urchin? 😅) Sea bream and oysters 🦪 are also very fresh.
🔥Choose your teppanyaki seafood🪱 Signature white eel, thick and firm with a springy texture. Tiger prawn 🦐 served with lobster sauce. Also includes slow-cooked abalone and scallops.
🇰🇷Korea’s top 1++ Hanwoo beef 🐂, choose your preferred doneness, thinly sliced and wrapped with scallions.

When eating teppanyaki, you must have fried rice. Teppanyaki black truffle seafood fried rice 🧡 also known as happiness fried rice, with one shrimp, loads of 🟠 salmon roe, flying fish roe, and black truffle, fresh and piping hot, each grain distinct.
🍍Egg white pineapple mousse foie gras toast 🪿 with fruity aroma to cut the richness.
🍧Dessert includes sorbet with popping pearls and Hokkaido Tokachi red beans 🫘.
