Central Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine is truly eye-opening! The restaurant's decor is stylish, featuring a dark theme with South American touches, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere as soon as you sit down.
NIKKEI ICE BOWL
This dish immediately grabs attention when served. The chilled sashimi is incredibly fresh and sweet, perfectly balanced with the tangy and sweet Peruvian sauce.
TUNA WATERMELON
An absolute surprise! The rich flavor of tuna pairs unexpectedly well with the refreshing sweetness of watermelon, leaving you feeling completely refreshed after eating.
CEVICHE CLASICO
The balance of sour and spicy flavors is spot on. The seafood is tender and bouncy, delivering an authentic Peruvian vibe.
TOKYOLIMA STEAK
Absolutely flawless! The beef is slightly charred on the outside, revealing a perfect pink center when sliced. The meat is tender, juicy, and elevated to another level by the Peruvian-style sauce.
ARROZ CON MARISCOS
This seafood rice is packed with ingredients, with each grain infused with the essence of seafood. Every bite is bursting with rich ocean flavors.
Before the meal, I tried two signature cocktails:
Titicaca (TL) uses Pisco as the base, combined with passion fruit and lime for a refreshing, sweet-tart flavor that's easy to drink.
Huascar (TL) is richer, with a smoky undertone that adds depth. It pairs wonderfully with the bold flavors of the dishes.
OYE PAPI dessert was the perfect ending to the evening. The sweetness was just right, leaving you satisfied without feeling overwhelmed.
The overall experience was fantastic. I've visited this restaurant five or six times already, and my colleagues mentioned they've recently updated their menu, including the cocktail selection. Celebrating a friend's birthday here was a great choice.
At $680 per person for dinner, it's quite reasonable. The staff provided attentive and professional service, carefully explaining each dish and drink. I've already made plans with friends to come back and try other dishes!
