Taking advantage of the beautiful weather☀️, a weekend getaway is a must for some chilling and relaxing 🍃. This time, I headed to Whampoa for a waterfront brunch 🍽🍹. Led by renowned chef 👨🏻🍳 Chef Amoo, who boasts 30 years of experience, he uses fresh ingredients and unique spices to create traditional Thai street food 🇹🇭, such as his signature crab cream curry 🦀, roasted pork neck 🐽, and tom yum goong soup. The outdoor seating overlooks Victoria Harbour, perfect for a romantic date. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and cozy!

Appetizer: Choose from the tempting foie gras 🖤, fragrant and flavorful; oysters 🦪, plump and fresh; Main: Wagyu beef, smooth and fat-flavored; boat noodles 🍜, smoky and chewy, with a rich broth; steak 🥩, medium-rare The meat is tender and crispy, with a nice crunch. The simmered egg 🍳 is runny and fragrant. 🍟 The thick fries are crispy. Dessert: The mango sticky rice is deliciously glutinous; the pistachio cake 🍰 has a rich texture. With the perfect weather, it's a perfectly satisfying brunch!

For drinks, try a glass of red wine 🍷. The tannins are relatively soft, and the acidity is moderate, making it an easy-drinking wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes.
